EOLIUS for W98, NT

VISUAL DISPLAY of Wind field

EOLIUS is a new FREE software that has been designed to visualise wind field information provided by MétéoMer

The application is fast and uses a state-of-the-art format. It has been developed to operate on PCs running under Windows 98 and NT; it complies with all Windows features.

The weather data is received as E mail files via the Satellite Communication System. These files contain weather data for different times of the day. Each individual forecast appears as a grid of points defined in latitude and longitude. These grids represent wind fields.

Switching from one grid to another is achieved by pressing the RIGHT BUTTON of the mouse.

When one grid is displayed on the screen, it can be printed on the printer connected to the PC.

One on-line help is available; it offers more flexibility to the user.
